03Betting Rules & Settlement

All betting activities on rvaji are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be used if available
• All bet outcomes are determined automatically from internationally recognised sports data feeds
• If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded
• If a technical error is detected in the odds, rvaji reserves the right to void the affected bet

• Delays may occur in live betting due to internet speed and technical limitations

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on rvaji:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200; maximum limits may vary depending on the payment method
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your account instantly
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though verification requirements may extend this timeframe
• Withdrawals are only available to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Funds cannot be withdrawn unless they have been used in at least one bet
• For suspicious transactions, rvaji may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete
• Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is rvaji's responsibility, and any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities

05Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rvaji platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software
• Systematically placing bets for the purpose of odds arbitrage in a way that is detrimental to the platform
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Creating artificial betting patterns to meet bonus wagering requirements
• Exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform for personal gain
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users

07Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Rvaji reserves the right to suspend or close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of the Terms and Conditions
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)

Users are generally given 48 hours' notice before an account is closed; however, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice. Any legitimate funds remaining in a closed account will be returned based on the circumstances.
